Journal 2-7-2014 – Segmented Swim – 1800 yards – Half Ironman Swim Training

Today Roger swam 1800 yards in 18 sets of 100 yards each for his half ironman swim training. Coaches pre workout comments were – “Push the pace on these so they are slightly uncomfortable”. He did and they were. Roger also shows Garmin Connect and Training Peak websites and how those help him prepare for the Half Ironman in St George Utah in May 2014.
