Martin Aronson, attorney for CBS Outdoor, said he was not authorized to discuss the matter.

In a letter to the Board of Adjustment, he makes the following arguments:

  • There is no potential impact on residential areas.
  • The city needs access to an electronic sign in the northern portion of town for emergency and public-service messages.
