		<description>Yeah its a critical aspect of the whole non-violence concept. You have to start by looking at yourself because that will then filter out to everything else. You can still be critical of yourself but are the comments helpful or hurtful.

		<description>I like your write-up on the sutra of ahimsa, doing no harm. I hadn&#039;t thought about that concept as being inwardly focused before. That it doesn&#039;t help the world when you do harm to yourself through having negative thoughts. Thank you for sharing this. </description>
